Instead of only 9 pages, increase it to 99 or more -- sometimes we want to try all 25 tip calculators at once without bumping our favorite apps.
Genius's idea is very brilliant, just make it as an option to each page and the user will decide if he wants the page to be sorted by date of use or times of use or as he places the icons

It would be nice, too, if the first set of pages included "sticky" apps that stayed on those pages (in the place the user chooses), and the rest of the pages sorted apps by the number of times they were used, so the least used apps were at the very end of the pages (along with newly added apps).
